Best Customer Service

Great prices and customer service. Very nice and helpful managers. Easy access right off the freeway. Don't believe the weirdo reviews. These folks are up-front about the payment schedule, late-fees, rules, etc. Sure, if you get a month or more behind, late fees will pile up - what would you expect? Glad I found this place.

Decent Storage Place

Decent storage place. Its Family owned and run. The only negative is that they have shorter hours than other storage facilities in town.

Managers at JD Mini Storage

The managers are very nice. Easy entry and exit. Single level. Drive-up close to most units. Some of the smaller ones are inside a short hallway.

Awesome Storage Place

This place is awesome! I had my unit (two at one point) for 3+ years and have nothing but good things to say! This place is clean! And not just swept clean but free of the daytime dwellers and junkies that plague other facilities in SC. Since I always paid my bill on time, and go to the unit during normal business hours, I have no complaints (noticing a couple of silly reviews). I'm stoked not to need a unit any longer, but would come back here first if I did again! I highly recommend it!

I highly recommend using this facility

After hitting hard times a few years back the majority of my, and my best friends stuff has been in storage. This place really fits the bill. It's clean, the owner is extremely nice and helpful and the units are not over priced. The people here treat you like people and not just a name on a contract like the other storage places seem to do.
I highly recommend using this facility if you ever need to store anything.

The place is very well maintained

I've had storage most of my adult life. This has been the best facility. I generally don't even cover clothing hanging on the racks. It hasn't mildewed and I don't find things covered in spider webs. The place is very well maintained and has excellent drainage.

All units are at ground level so you can drive right up to them. There are no elevators, carts, etc. to deal with. You don't have to move your car to let somebody get around you. Your unit is in direct line-of-sight with your vehicle so you don't have to post a guard while you load-in.

These are things you should check out throughly. I would check customer reviews before you select the place to store your goods.
